Since Friendly Banjos are often made to order, the production and shipping process typically takes 1-3 weeks. In some cases, we may have additional stock readily available, or we may be experiencing higher demand than usual. In either case, you will be promptly notified if the timing of your order is affected.

International shipping costs do not include any local import duties or taxes, which may be charged by the destination country. However, as this is a U.S.-made product, no import duties will be applied for shipments to Canada or Mexico

Friendly Banjos are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of manufacture. This warranty shall be invalid if the product is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or repair by anyone other than the Magic Fluke Production Facility in Sheffield, Massachusetts. Any products found to be defective within the period will be repaired or replaced at the option of Friendly Banjos LLC without charge. Generally repairs are shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt by UPS ground or USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified.

Friendly Banjos LLC accepts returns due to a change of mind if the request is made within 10 days of receiving the item. The returned items must be in pristine, resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must arrange their own shipping. Once we receive and approve the returns, we will process a refund to your credit card, a 12% processing fee will be incurred. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

Your order may be cancelled at any point before your order is shipped. You will receive a complete refund minus a 12% cancellation fee.

Due to the handmade craftsmanship and locally sourced maple used in our banjos, each instrument may feature unique coloration variations in the wood. These differences in appearance don’t affect the playability or sound but rather give each banjo its own distinctive character—just like you and me.
